University of Rawalpindi, under the dynamic initiative of its Sports and Wellness Society, organized a highly engaging and thought-provoking seminar titled “Mind behind the Mask: How Society and Social Media Shape Our Mental Health” on 23rd October 2025. The event showcased the dedication and confidence of the society’s members, who put tremendous effort into planning and executing a session that deeply resonated with the students. Their enthusiasm and commitment ensured a smooth and impactful experience, highlighting the importance of mental health awareness in today’s fast-paced world.
Clinical psychologist Dr. Khadija Tanveer led the session with remarkable energy and expertise, engaging the students through real-life examples, quick self-assessment activities, and thought-provoking discussions. The interactive Q&A segment allowed students to share personal concerns and receive practical advice on managing stress, building self-awareness, and maintaining a positive digital balance.
