UOR Holds Rector–Student Meet and Greet Session
University of Rawalpindi (UOR) organized a Rector–Student Meet and Greet session on 19 January 2026 to strengthen open communication and meaningful student engagement. The initiative aimed to create a supportive platform where students could interact directly with university leadership in a comfortable and open environment.
The session was led by Rector Dr. Muhammad Abubakar, and students were encouraged to share their perspectives and challenges openly. The Rector listened attentively to students’ concerns, addressed their questions, and offered practical guidance and solutions, making it easier for students to discuss academic and campus-related matters without hesitation.
The engagement was well received by students, who expressed satisfaction with the open and approachable atmosphere of the session. The initiative reinforced UOR’s commitment to student-centered governance, inclusivity, and responsive leadership, ensuring that students feel heard, supported, and confident in engaging with the university administration.
